Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data Neurvyn holds about you at any time. This includes your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message history, and any booking or order details associated with you.

How to request deletion

  1. Email agroapp@zohomail.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the WhatsApp number you used to contact the business.
  3. We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the email or number you used to make the request.
