By accessing or using the Neurvyn platform, website, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Neurvyn provides WhatsApp-based business automation, customer messaging flows, artificial intelligence assistants, scheduling integrations, and operational database services to help businesses communicate with their clients and manage workflows.

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use Neurvyn in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data privacy regulations. You must also comply with the Meta WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

You shall not use our service to send unsolicited messages (spam), distribute malicious software, or engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing behaviors.

Certain aspects of our services are provided on a paid subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay Neurvyn the specified subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API usage are billed separately in accordance with Meta's pricing plans and billing structures. You are responsible for linking a valid payment method to your Meta WhatsApp Business Account to ensure continuous message delivery.

Neurvyn and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neurvyn and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Neurvyn, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Neurvyn disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the last updated date.
